Charge your car as easily as you'd charge your phone by simply plugging into a standard UK wall socket. We recommend against using an extension lead to charge. Connect your chartge cable directly to the socket.

Outlander PHEV Battery Warranty
The traction battery on the Outlander PHEV comes with a warranty of 8 Years / 100,000 miles.
This includes a guarantee that if the traction battery capacity falls below 70% in the first 8 years/100,000 miles a free repair or replacement will be provided (available on 2016 and later models only).

Does a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV charge while driving?
The Outlander PHEV uses a process called Regenerative Braking to capture energy while you're drving. You can also use the engine to charge the battery whilst the car is moving at the touch of a button.
Where do I charge my plug-in hybrid?
The best place to charge your plug-in hybrid is at home in your own garage or carport, with a home charger as it works out a bit cheaper. When you’re on the road you can use a public charging point.
Can I use an extension lead to charge my Outlander PHEV?
Never use a domestic multi-socket extension lead when charging your electric vehicle. It requires a special connecting cable, which is supplied with the vehicle.
