Showrooms and Service Centres
Mitsubishi Dealer Showrooms are now open
With the easing of lockdown restrictions, the majority of our dealer showrooms are now open for business.
This page explains how we're making it as safe as possible to test drive and buy a new car, or have work done on your current one.
Showrooms have been fully prepared to make them as safe as possible for visitors, following government guidelines and implementing social distancing measures.
Read on to find out how we're working to protect you and our staff.
Social Distancing Measures
Your safety is our first priority
Our dealerships are implementing a range of social distancing measures that you'll be familiar with from supermarkets and other retailers.
From the moment you arrive you'll know that we've taken every precaution to ensure you can browse our cars, talk to our staff and take a test drive in as safe a way as possible.
Arranging your Visit
To manage the number of visitors in a showroom at any one time, many of our dealers are asking customers to make an appointment. Find out what your local dealer is doing via our dealer locator or contact our Customer Services team who can answer any questions you have.
Servicing & Maintenance work
Complete care for your car
If you book in for a service or other work, your car will be fully cleaned by the dealer upon collection and return.
While you car is with us, we'll give it a free 10 Point Safety Check, covering bodywork, tyres, brakes and suspension so you can be sure your car is road-ready.
Car Sanitisation Service
Ask about having your car sanitised
We can also carry out a sanitisation service on your car. Be sure to ask for one when booking in for a service or MOT.
Complete peace of mind in our showrooms
We've put in place more rigorous cleaning schedules to ensure areas like toilets, desks and door handles are sanitised regularly.
You'll notice we're removing leaflets and brochures as well to minimise non-essential points of contact between staff and customers, as well as closing off refreshment and children's play areas.
A word from our Managing Director
