How to Participate in the Mitsubishi Motors in the UK Recommend a Friend Scheme

3 Easy Steps to earning your £500 reward:

1. Tell everyone about your amazing Outlander PHEV and send a copy of this email to anyone who may be interested in buying a new Outlander PHEV for registration by 30th September 2019.

2. Remind any friend who decides to buy on your recommendation to ask their dealer for a ‘Recommend a Friend’ claim form and to compete Part 1 of the form.

3. Complete Part 2 of the form and send it to Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, with a copy of the forwarded ‘Recommend a Friend’ email from your sent items.

We will aim to let you know our decision within 10 working days of receipt of your claim but there may be a delay if we require further information.

Mitsubishi Motors in the UK Recommend a Friend Terms and Conditions

1) This offer is operated by the Colt Car Company Limited, trading as Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, Watermoor, Cirencester, Glos, GL7 1LF (hereafter “Mitsubishi Motors in the UK”). Company Registration Number 01163954.

2) Advocates: In order to qualify for this offer an individual must:

a. have received an email from Mitsubishi Motors in the UK inviting them to act as an “Advocate”; and

b. not be an employee of the Colt Car Company Limited, Spitalgate Dealer Services, Shogun Retail Limited or any Mitsubishi Motors in the UK network dealer.

3) An Advocate will receive a reward of a £500 voucher by recommending the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV to any friend, colleague or family member (“the Friend”) who subsequently purchases a new Outlander PHEV (“the Car”) provided that:

a. the Car is first registered by a Mitsubishi Motors in the UK network dealer or Mitsubishi Buy Online between 1st July 2019 and 30th September 2019 (inclusive);

b. the Friend is the first registered keeper of the Car;

c. the sale of the Car is a retail sale and not subject to fleet discount, employee discount, business partner discount, other special terms or discounted rates;

d. the Advocate provides evidence of having shared this email with the Friend prior to the registration of the Car;

e. the Friend has obtained a Recommend a Friend claim form from the dealer who registers the Car, completed Part 1 of the form and provided this to the Advocate;

f. the Advocate has completed Part 2 of the claim form and sent it to Mitsubishi Motors in the UK to arrive no later than 5pm on 18th October 2019 (a “Claim”). Claims received after 18th October 2019 at 5pm will not be considered. Claims can be submitted either by scanning the form and sending it as a PDF to

1) Mitsubishi Motors in the UK does not accept responsibility for any Claim which is lost, delayed, and incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be sent for technical or any other reason. Mitsubishi Motors in the UK and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting any Claim.

2) Mitsubishi Motors in the UK may request further supporting evidence from the Advocate, Friend or registering dealer to verify the claim.

3) If the conditions set out above are met and the Claim is accepted, Mitsubishi Motors in the UK will arrange for the reward of 1 (one) voucher to the value of £500 (“the Reward”) to be sent to the Advocate’s postal or email address as provided on the claim form within 30 days. Where reasonably possible, the Reward will be for the brand and in the format indicated on the claim form. Mitsubishi Motors in the UK reserves the right to substitute another brand and format. No cash alternative is available and the Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

4) Mitsubishi Motors in the UK reserves the right to reject a Claim that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

5) Mitsubishi Motors in the UK accepts no responsibility for the failure of either the Friend or the registering dealer to assist the Advocate in claiming the Reward or failing to comply with these terms and conditions.

6) Each Advocate can claim a Reward for each Friend who registers a Car, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

7) Only one successful Claim per Friend is permitted. If more than one Advocate makes a Claim for the same Friend, claims will be reviewed in the order that they were received by Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, to confirm which Advocate will receive the Reward. Once a Claim has been approved, no further Claims will be considered for that Friend.

8) Mitsubishi Motors in the UK reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

9) Mitsubishi Motors in the UK’s decision is final.

10) Mitsubishi Motors in the UK may change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Mitsubishi Motors in the UK shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

11) Advocates acknowledge and understand that the personal data which they provide via the claim form shall be processed by Mitsubishi Motors in the UK in order to operate the Recommend a Friend scheme. If a Claim is successful contact details for the Advocate will be passed to the supplier of the Reward. 12) Advocates are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Recommend a Friend Scheme. Mitsubishi Motors in the UK reserves the right to refuse a Claim or refuse to provide a Reward to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

13) These terms will be governed by English law and entrants to the Recommend a Friend Scheme submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Loyalty Offer

The Loyalty Bonus available for existing Mitsubishi owners ordering an Outlander PHEV, ASX Dynamic, ASX Exceed or L200 Series 6 between 27 June 2019 and 26 September 2019 with registration by 27 September 2019. The new vehicle must be registered in the same name and address as the existing Mitsubishi. This offer is non-transferable, available at participating UK dealers to retail customers aged over 18, excluding Northern Ireland Dealers. This offer is available in addition to 0% APR HP and 5.9% APR Representative PCP with Finance Deposit Contribution (FDC) on Outlander PHEV, ASX Dynamic, ASX Exceed or L200 Series 6 and available in addition to 2 year 0% PCP on Outlander PHEV and available to customers opting to purchase without supported finance. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other discount, offer or terms other than those shown.

In order to verify eligibility for the Loyalty Bonus, a copy of the V5C certificate for your existing vehicle together with proof of purchase of the new vehicle will be sent by your dealer to Mitsubishi Motors in the UK (the trading name of The Colt Car Company Limited).
